The Paul Hoffman and Associates team sold my home lickety-split! I had been mailed all kind of flyers of local homes like mine either going on the market or selling at very appreciated rates. I was ready for a single-story home so I had a couple of realtors visit my home who each left me with a small laundry list of what I would need to do to prepare my home for their representation. Working full time, the prospect of repairing some drywall, paint touch up, other miscellaneous repairs, and staging my home overwhelmed me. In about three to four weeks, Paul was prepared for our first Brokers’ Preview. Four days later, we opened escrow, selling my place to the highest of several offers received. I was not quite ready to buy my forever single-story home so Paul also went to bat in securing a rental for me, showing me several listings a day!
